The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. They had recommendations for local activities and restaurants. The rooms are clean, and have the necessities needed. The rooftop is a must! Such a great view and space.

The only difficulty with this property is the necessity to climb a flight of stairs to get to a lift. The front desk staff are amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and large enough. This hotel had the best A/C of all the properties we stayed over the course of a two week trip.

Great hotel near the Duomo and in a great central location for walking to everything you'd want to see in Florence! The only reason I gave the 4 stars was because of the noise that came from both proximity to the Duomo (less of a factor) and the noise that partygoers made until 4:00 a.m. some night (the larger factor by far). That said, it wasn't noisy every night, and it's part and parcel with staying in auch a centeal location. Shopping, restaurants, and gorcery stores were all single-digit minutes away on foot, and the staff was able to help us find everythi g we wanted to do. Don't miss their rooftop terrace as a nice place to chill out after a hectic day of activities!

Location was amazing! Staff was extremely friendly and welcomed us very warmly. Any requests we had, they provided. Everything was very clean and tidy. Even the terrace has a beautiful view of Florence. Air conditioning worked very well, we were very pleased with the location, the staff and the hotel itself.
