"The room and facilities were good and as expected. The issue was the delayed check in when my reservation was confusing to the staff. I had a confirmed reservation for a family room on and had a photo and the email showing the confirmation. The hotel had another reservation for me that was not adequate and it took three supervisors and 20 minutes to figure out the confusion. This was a very short overnight stay as it was between planes at the Rome airport and we just wanted to get to our room."

The hotel offered a shuttle service to the airport, which was about 10 minutes away. After a very busy and exhausting vacation in Italy, it was very nice to have a hotel with a tranquil environment. We almost wished we were there another day. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend this hotel."
