I had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. We had issues with our room being very very unclean (grimy floor, little black hairs and popcorn kernels on the beds/pillows, hairs on the ice bucket, tub/shower dirty) and we needed at least one room on the first floor due to my dad having trouble with stairs. When we left the next morning to go about our day they said they will be able to change our rooms for the second night. When we come back in the evening and ask about our rooms, they said they had thought we had checked out and booked out our rooms already and had nothing avaible. The cleaning ladies apparently said we had left our key cards in the rooms but we pulled them out of our pockets and showed them that we clearly did not. They tried then to find us 2 rooms at another hotel but they were booked. She was able to find a room that just needed to be cleaned for my dad, and our room had not been booked yet, it just had not been cleaned. It was a mess and we were not able to go to bed until 1:30am. There were many other things that gave this place a terrible rating, but I will say the one front desk lady who helped us at night was very friendly and very very helpful. We just had an overall terrible experience. I was supposed to received a refund for half off each room for the second night but it has been 7 days and still not received. I called one day and they said 3-5 days. I called at 5 days and they said 5-7 days. I am still waiting.
