Giving 3 stars was so difficult. Here's why: Omar was highly responsive to any requests, which we greatly appreciated. The location is fabulous. It's in a quiet neighborhood, right next to Dayton Yellowsprings Rd. There are restaurants and shopping close to 675. The beds were comfortable. The house was minimally, but tastefully decorated. Now, the downside. All of the issues should have been identified and addressed prior to renting out the home. But, as I said, Omar was quick to respond and addressed most of the issues for our week long stay. The refrigerator needed a part to make sure it closed. Omar made sure to order that right away. The kitchen was not fully stocked with essentials. Omar ordered what was needed and that came that day and the next. The low for a couple of nights was 38. There were no additional blankets, with only a thin duvet cover. We had to buy blankets. There was no instructional/informational book, so we didn't know how to use the thermostat until trying several attempts to figure it out. There were necessary repairs that needed to be done-non working outlet in the hall bathroom, bathroom exhaust fans not covered. There were deodorizers used to mask odors that began appearing after a couple of days. The deodorizers were so strong, some family members had reactions to them. If all of these issues were addressed and repairs completed, I would highly recommend this home! I visit Dayton often & would love to rent this home, again.
