The room appreared clean except gor the bathroom. Used soap and washcloth left on counter. Sink was very dirty and hair all over floor. And i reseeved 4 rooms and each room had been reserved to a specific person and the desk clerk charged my card for all rooms instead of the idividuals room and the charged them as well. We were double charged and stiil trying to get my money bk. $300 later:( very disappointed..

Decent enough

The hotel was pretty much typical of most other hotels in its category. Soft bed, micro, fridge, Continental breakfast, etc. There were two things that needed improving. The hair dryer did not work. That is why I bring one just in case. The Kleenex dispenser was out of Kleenex. My allergies did not like that. No other problems.

DONT BELIEVE THE PICTURES

Pros: NOTHING STUCK THERE OR CHARGED ANYWAYS FOR IT
Cons: PRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING
Location: NO IDEA VERY SEEDY PART OF TOWN
WHEN WE FIRST PULLED UP IT STARTED DOWN HILL FAST THIS WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE ONLINE.....WENT IN AND COULD BARLEY UNDERSTAND THE MIDDLE EASTERN PEOPLE RUNNING THE PLACE... THEN WHEN WE DECIDED TO PAY CASH ( NOT TO BE RACIST BUT DIDN'T WANT HOGIES HAVING MY CC INFO)..... WE WERE MADE TO PAY A 50$ DEPOSIT,, ROOMS AHHHH DONT GET ME STARTED BOTH WERE DAMP AND SMELLED OF MILDEW AND OR MOLD....VERY DATED ONLY PART THAT WAS SIMILAR TO PICS ON WEBSITE WAS THE COLOR OF THE COMFORTERS ON THE BEDS....ONE ROOM HAD MICROWAVE THE OTHER DIDNT. JACUZZI TUBS IN BOTH ROOMS NOT WORKING AT ALL... IN ONE ROOM THE TUB DRAIN HAD HAIR AND GOD KNOWS WHAT IN THE TUB DRAIN 1/2 INCH THICK .. WE ALL KNOW WHAT CAN GO ON IN A MOTEL LOL....SO PLEAS I BEG OF YOU SPEND THE XTRA DOLLARS YOU WILL BE MUCH HAPPIER THAN WE WERE

Bad experience

We were very disappointed with our stay. We weren't given the room we had booked. The room was dirty and the halls smelled of smoke. Our room smelled of smoke. The shower was broken. We won't be staying here again. It's worth the extra dollars for a well known hotel.

Not What Was Advertised

We were skeptical when we arrived, as there did not appear to be any other guests staying. After receiving our keys, we unloaded the car and my kids, and attempted to enter through one of the other entrances to no avail. We finally gathered our belongings and traipsed through the lobby to our room. Unfortunately, the keys did not work for our room, either. In fact, we had them reset twice, and we only got in the room once the manager came and used their skeleton key. The room itself was functional, but no luxuries. The hotel's idea of breakfast was stale coffee, a loaf of bread with jam, and 4 mini-muffins; we wound up going elsewhere for food. Lastly, the hotel advertises free wi-fi, but there is no way to use it. All in all, I would have paid the extra money to stay in a more reputable place knowing what I know now.

looks deceiving

This hotel was very dirty, the service was horrible. The heat did not work, they came to room, the guy at front desk, no maintenance man. Told me he could not fix, and would have to get me another room. This took about 30 minutes. Room was cheap. Would not recomend to anyone

Not impressed with this Hotel

Pros: convenient
Cons: no heat
TV didn't work in the room. Room was freezing. It took until morning for it to finally heat up. Just in time for us to leave.

This place is a dump.

Pros: Free breakfast
Cons: Noisy
I'm surprised that they even carry the Comfort Inn name. When I stay with Comfort Inn there is a certain level of cleanliness, service and quality you come to expect, this place had none of the about. Emergency exits with door handle missing, burn holes in the carpet and the smell of cigerette in the hall. Needless to say, would I been able to move to another motel I would have. The problem is there are two Comfort Inn Motels close to Wright-Patterson AFB and I couldn't remember which was the good one...I had a 50/50 chance of getting the right one and I missed it.

old and dirty not a three star as stated

Cons: Nothing close, Poor breakfast, dirty and old
We waited 20+ minutes to check in, only one person on staff on a Saturday night. The carpet was old and dirty throughout hotel and room. The hallways smelled of smoke. The two full beds in room were very small. The free breakfast consisted of a half a loave of bread, make your own waffles, juice and apples all of which looked liked it had been sitting out all week. It didn't help that the room and tables were dirty. We opted to go out. This hotel is definitely not a three star as stated online, at best a 1 star.
