Hot water was luke warm for a while. Bathroom shelf under sink where towels were placed was very dusty & mirror had toothpaste splatter on it. Wasn't vacuumed? Breakfast selections were good but some guest were loading up trays & taking lots back to her room.

Property was safe and clean. The only complaint was that the room was almost out of toilet paper, which I realized the next morning when I woke up and it was gone. I called the front desk to ask for some, and they told me I needed to come down and get it. It was early morning and I wasn't dressed. I thought they should have delivered it. Otherwise, location was good and the room was very clean and comfortable.

It was a relief to be able to rest after a long day in a clean, quiet & friendly environment. Staff we're polite & helpful with any questions we had. Will stay again when visiting.

This property is located near family and friends that I visited. The variety of restaurants and shopping nearby is an added benefit. I had planned to use the pool for exercise. I was disappointed that I couldn’t use it.

Staff changed room midstay, even though they were made aware of the reservation being split ahead of time and arrangements were made to stay in the same room. Staff left awful voicemails including one rant that lasted 3 min and included the statement that " they couldn't believe that they would have to be this idiot's sh*t". My husband was put in an awful situation!
