"Location is excellent. Hotel is about equidistant from the Promenade des Anglais and the Nice-Ville train station. Hotel is older and basic but very clean. The room (#132) was a nice size with two twin beds. The front desk staff is lovely and very helpful. The only downside was that our room (#132) was on the first floor on the street side of the building, and there is A LOT of street noise during the night, especially on weekends. Ear plugs helped tremendously. I would stay again but request a room on a higher floor."

"The room was clean and equipped with everything you need during your stay (except perhaps an iron, but there is a dedicated ironing room). The location was perfect, close to everything. The breakfast wasn't very extensive, but I didn't leave hungry. A huge plus was the staff's flexibility and willingness to help."
