I booked rooms, had confirmation, and the hotel told me upon check-in that they had overbooked and had no rooms available. Rooms that I had already paid for! We were stranded in a city far from home, late at night, with no lodging. And now, I have to wait “5-7 business days” to get my money back.

Although I made a reservation, when I arrived at the Hotel, there was a 30 minute delay in getting the room cleaned. Once in the room, the heater did not work, and the pillows had blood stains or dark stains. I had to go to Walmart and purchase a small room heater, as well as buy pillows for the stay. The rooms were extremely small for it to be a double, but I was very disappointed with my stay.

Had us wait to check in for 8 hours after check in time to get our rooms, claimed to be under staff and it took that long to get a clean room. The gave us rooms with broken tvs, no heat with zero towels.

The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. As with any Motel 6 the room was very very basic. The bed was quite hard, not good for my wife and I but if you like a hard bed it might be good. We don't check in til about 9pm so this was just a quick overnight stay so amenities were not really needed.. we were a bit surprised that there were no towels in the bathroom, just a wash cloth to dry our hands on. We did find out the next morning that they were short staffed so it was an oversight. Had we needed towels I have no doubt they would have brought us some. The room was clean enough and served it purpose for the night.

The facility was understaffed. The room had a clogged sink and the tv had a broken screen. The place needs more staff to get things done . I wouldn’t recommend staying there.

Arrived at hotel at 11am, knew room wouldnt be ready. We checked in thinking it would save us time latter. We returned @ 9:30pm only to find out our room wasn't cleaned yet. We waited 30 minutes in the parking lot. After our room was cleaned, we found our rooms smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag, tv didnt work and there we're stains on the bedspread.

Went to check in and there were about 6 people in the lobby upset that their keys opened rooms with people sleeping in them. Also people upset that they had been walked in on. I was staying alone and could not chance as stranger coming into my room. I ended up paying $389 at another hotel at midnight. Horrible experience

Stayed there twice. One room the A/C/Heater thermostat could not be set to a correct temperature. Finally turned it off so the room would not get overly warm. Second room the door to the bathroom was inoperatable due to the screws in the door hinges were loose and the door was resting on the floor. The beds were okay.

It took way too long to check in they didn't have a room ready like they were supposed to but the manager went in and cleaned a room for us. There was car alarms going all night long and for a long time.

Savanah the night shift clerk was HORRIBLE. Rude and not helpful. When we had a problem with our tv remote she argued on the phone with us until we finally went to the office and asked for assistance. She came to our room and said she would be back with a different sensor, when she never came back we went back to the office only to find her eating and talking to another staff member. After telling her how upset we were about the situation she said what do you expect you are at a Motel 6 and we could just leave. We had no problem with that just give our money back. She said no refund just leave now or I will call the cops!!. We closed the door and waited for the police to show up (they never did). Long story short we did not sleep, no tv, and horrible experience in general.
