Water damage to walls in bathroom, floor lamp had broken shade, clock could not be reset to time, no soap, and there was a smoke detector in laundry room that was beeping low battery but was actually hard wired in and heat/air unit in breakfast area had "fried" the 220 outlet. Breakfast was OK.

For one night it is OK, clean, well situated but all the swimming pool were out of order and it looks like it has been a while. If the swimming pool had been ok I would have stayed 3 more nights.
