ibis Paris Coeur d'Orly Airport
"Everything was perfect except for the rude hotel receptionist named Joana. I reserved and paid for the room way in advance, and she assigned a room in the lobby with no view with the excuse that no room was available even after arriving 2 hours after normal checking opening time. After a brief discussion and forced to wait in the lobby for a room to be cleaned to occupy, while other guests were checking in and going to top floors, I was given a room in the first floor pretending to give me an upgraded room with a queen size bed when I specifically reserved a room with 2 twin beds."
