"Great Hotel across the road from Toronto Airport. Staff just wonderful. Food in restaurant was good. Would stay again. "

"We arrived early because our flight was at 7:00 a.m. and I knew that we weren't probably going to get a room to later. We talked to three different staff who told us our room could be ready by noon time and that they would let us know. We sat right across from the front desk for 6 hours and no one approached us to tell us our room was ready or we can check in even tho we went up and asked a few times. I really bathroom floor had hair on it and small hairs in the bathtub.. there was also stains on our bedding as well as sticky residue on the bed side table. I chose to stay at the Sandman because I've stayed at other Sandman signatures and they are amazing customer service and overall quality. "

"The staff are very helpful. Special mention to Mr. Paule who went and above in helping us with the food. Miss Rain who works in the front desk was so knowledgeable and helpful . The hotel manager was so helpful. All the staff are excellent....5 stars or 10 out of 10."
