Initial front desk lady did not mention this change upon check in, but found out when I was opening the door to my room. When I told them, I received the wrong room, the answer was "Hotels.com overbooks us all the time." There was a price difference on Hotels.com when I was booking this stay. Never received refund for the difference or someone willing to make the situation right. Staff at hotel the remainder of the time was help and nice. Clean, new hotel."
