The thermostat casing was missing off the wall exposing the innards of it and not allowing for any idea of what temperature the room was. The air conditioner ran all night. The bathtub did not drain well causing the tub to fill up when taking a shower. The beds were very squeaky and the pillows were small and hard. The curtains allowed for a lot of light to come through the window. The front lobby had a strange chemical-like smell.

We have always stayed at the Elko Comfort Inn when in the area; however, we encountered a dubious reception this time around ... so, we may very well explore our options in the future -- we'll see.

Nice place

We had to change our room because the toilet wasn't secured. The change worked out pretty well. The coffee maker in the room didn't work. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was good!

Decent property, but very outdated. Shower leaked, carpet in the room under sink, which is in the room and should be in the bathroom. Could hear every movement of the patron upstairs. Curtains didn’t close all the way.
