Horrible stay

The room was dirty, dirty carpet & bathroom & beds uncomfortable. There was no remote in the room for the tv & the phone in the room was not connected so I had to walk all the way to the front desk for the guy to hand me a remote and tell me to try it and that he didn’t know how to set it up. It didn’t work so we didn’t watch tv. We ended up watching on my laptop. The room next to us had a dog that kept barking. The walls are way too thin and you can hear everything from the hallway too. The room for the indoor pool was unbearably hot and it was only ok when you were in the pool, otherwise it was so hot and stuffy it was hard to breathe. The hallways smelled like mold/ old basement and was super stuffy too. The breakfast was ok but the tables were disgusting and no one was cleaning them between families. Not a nice stay for us. Will not be staying there again.

Negative: Smelled like cigarettes, back exit door next our room is always left unlocked especially at night. So anyone can walk in, our room door was left open when we first walked in, bed was very old it had lumps, very small pillows for a king bed, was charged the security fee when i was told it wouldn't charge and its just a hold. Positive: Staff was friendly, hotel area was conveniently close to everything.

Very outdated. Room looked fairly clean but smelled like urine. I had to ask for another room and they were able to accommodate. The hotel did not feel safe. Door locks were very loose. I would not recommend staying here.

Conveniently located from the strip in Lake George. The hotel lacked cleanliness, wasn’t the worst but could’ve been cleaner than we found it. Staff was friendly! Hot breakfast was good. We stayed in first floor and found it very noisy to sleep!

First arrived 60 min before check in time, was told there will be a $50 charge…came back few hours later. With an hotel half empty they manage to give the room next to us to a family who arrived past 11:00 at night. At midnight when to report to the front desk that the next door family was very noisy. Mattress in our room has passed the expiring date. Breakfast was basic but no fresh fruit. Well located.
