This was a very convenient place to stay for its proximity to the airport and timely 24 hour shuttle service to and from Newark airport. Our flight arrived late (after midnight) yet we were able to catch the airport’s Airtrain bus link to the shuttle pick up. It truly is less than 5 mins from the airport. Room stay/sleep/bathroom were good. Breakfast was good. Shuttle left on the half hour like clockwork. The drivers were friendly, safe, and efficient. Got back to the airport the next morning to rent a car (same place where shuttle drop off was so that was convenient.) overall, a very positive experience that saved us time and money. Thank you!

Hotel was extremely clean throughout. Room was clean, bathroom as well. Nice breakfast. Cookies and iced tea was a nice touch at the door In particular one of the desk clerks, George was nothing short of stellar with us and all guests there. He was friendly, patient and very helpful to everyone. Possibly he was one of the best hotel clerks I have ever dealt with The only downside was that the Hotel WiFi was not working on the 5th floor where we were staying and we had to use our own data plan at a premium to get some work done

Check in person about the worst in all our years of travel - after waiting several minutes for someone to show up at 9:30 pm which we'd indicated in advane we politely said " hello? hello". She appeared chewing food with mouth open and a scowl..our greeting was " name?"..couldn't find altho we ended up spelling it twice ( 5 letter name) with a conf in hand. Finally found it , handed us the key and pointed to the elevator. There was a huge cleaning cart in lobby and empty cookie plate ( except for the crumbs...ugh) to also " greet us. Nice young woman at check out in a.m. and the included brkfst buffet & on time airport shuttle made it a bit better. Know " hospitality " a hard profession but that part needs help!

I had a great stay here when my flight was cancelled due to a snowstorm. They have free hot coffee and tea in the lobby, and it was easy to have some food delivered from one of the many nearby restaurants. Room was clean and quiet. Had a relaxing hot bath. Nice breakfast buffet in the morning. Scrambled eggs, waffles, fried potatoes, yogurt. My one frustration was finding the shuttle to the hotel, and no one answered the phone when I tried to call the hotel to ask. The shuttle goes to the Airtrain station P3, and getting from the hotel to my terminal did take a while. So give yourself plenty of time if you're going to use the shuttle.
