Stayed 1 night at this hotel before heading for an early flight. Hotel was conveniently located. There is a restaurant at the hotel which is good. Room was great. It was an overall amazing stay.

First they put me in a room that was not cleaned. The bed was not made and dirty towels on the floor. Next morning a couple came in my room and I was showering. I didn’t have the bathroom door closed. They seen everything. They had a keycard. All the front clerk said was accidents happen. Not even a SORRY. So disappointed.

Breakfast was not included. Other hotels include it without charging extra. Pillows are way too fat. Very hard on the neck. Only two towels provided for two people. Staff at front desk very professional and courteous. We stayed two separate nights and requested our receipts 3 times and still have not received them. Will likely stay at a different hotel. Very clean property so I’m disappointed that the other points were not so favourable.

I had an unfortunate experience with the shuttle and service. The shuttle is not clearly marked with a Radisson logo on the shuttle. It’s quite small. You must look for the sky link shuttle. As well I picked a time for pick up in the AM with another group. I arrived 5 mins early to be told the shuttle already left and wouldn’t return for 20mins. They offered to call a cab and said it would be there right away. I waited an additional 10mins and then had to call an uber. After another 10 mins I was picked up by my uber with no cab or shuttle in site. Very disappointed.
