Incredible hotel!

We stayed for 9 nights. Staff recognized us and treated us well. The room was great! Very spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast was always super busy and the staff made sure to keep up. It’s in a great location and we walked everywhere except when we took the metro. Very convenient.

I was upset that the hotel front desk announced my room out loud. As a woman, travelling alone, it is my expectation and experience that the room number is written on the hotel key and not announced out loud to ensure my safety and security. I asked to be assigned to a new room to ensure my safety, after I told the front desk I felt unsafe that they did that. I was assigned a new room and my room number was not announced out loud thankfully. This should be standard for all hotels and hotel staff.
