The staff was great and resolved our issue quickly. When we entered our room there was hair in the tub and blood stains on the blankets, we quickly asked for a new room and the 2nd room had crayons melted on one blanket along with our AC/Heater unit was squeeling so we in plugged it. In the world today it’s tough to find the help needed to keep up with demands but there are a few things that are just unacceptable.

I have never given a review before, but feel I must warn people about this hotel. Many things were stained in the room such as the couch and bedding. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. There was basically no mattress on it, just the frame. Air conditioning in hallway did not work. Very hot once left room and waited in hallway for elevator. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the actual place was a big disappointment. We will not be staying here again in the future.
