"I travel frequently and rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this resort was disappointing due to the consistently poor customer service. The biggest issue was the attitude and lack of helpfulness from several staff members throughout our stay. During multiple interactions, employees came across as rude, dismissive, and condescending rather than welcoming and solution-oriented. One example occurred at approximately 8:00 AM when I approached the concierge desk for assistance. Instead of helping, I was told to come back later because their computers were not fully started up yet. The staff member explained that management allows a 10-minute grace period because employees arrive shortly before opening. Regardless of internal policies, guests should not be turned away in this manner. For a resort of this size, especially one connected to three large resort properties, I was surprised to learn there is no 24-hour maintenance support available. We also experienced ongoing difficulty obtaining clean towels, both for the beach and for our room. Another frustration was the restaurant reservation system. As an all-inclusive resort, I expected dining to be more accessible. However, it was extremely difficult to secure reservations at the specialty restaurants. What made this even more frustrating was that when we walked by several of the restaurants, they were clearly not at capacity and had many empty tables available.
