Excellent location; fantastic experience

The staff, services, location and facilities were great! The concierge and doormen were extremely helpful and offered great recommendations re activities, tours and restaurants. Our family had an amazing time in Dublin and the surrounding towns/counties. What a great way to spend spring break while also learning a lot about Ireland and it's history. Thanks!

Nice old hotel

Pros: I had a balcony, which was very cool.
Cons: Bathroom needs updating
Location: Good location, near pubs and shops and transportation.
This hotel is nice even though it's a very old building. I did notice the shower had cracked tiles and missing grout but overall the room was very comfortable and clean.

Great location, staff couldn't do enough for us.

Planned to stay in one location and do day tours from Dublin. The Westin hotel was perfectly located and the staff was outstanding. The fitness room was perfect since I run and like to work out when I travel. Overall great experience!

It's all about "location, location, and location". This place has it.

Pros: Quiet, location to attractions
Cons: No free Internet
Centrally located to everything you want to see and do in Dublin by walking. Quietest hotel I've ever stayed in. Huge shower. Offered washcloths which you don't get in Europe often. Great hotel bar. I requested availability for our room early since we would arrive from an overnight flight at 7:35 and we had our room as soon as we got there. Downside is that they do charge for wifi and it's a little pricey.

Best location in Dublin.

Pros: Close restaurants, location
Cons: No free Internet
Location could not be better - 5 minute walk to Temple Bar, Trinity, Grafton Street. Rooms were fine - nothing too opulent or spartan. Staff was helpful and friendly from the minute we walked in. After a long flight they were able to check us in early (11AM). The staff also went above and beyond for friends after an incident that involved a sprinkler head, a wedding dress and 20,000 gallons of water. The Atrium is a nice place for tea/Guinness and the Mint Bar is a fine spot for a nightcap. We didn't eat anything at the restaurant there, but the food that was served at the wedding reception we attended was great. Wish internet was free but that's not really a big deal to us.

Best Dublin Location!!!

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet, location
You will not be disappointed with this choice! Location is in the middle of everything from restaurants, transportation (bus to airport and the hop on hop off tour busses, and taxi cabs), pub scene, shopping district, as well as some of the tourists sites such as Trinity College and the Book of Kells. The employees were outstanding. The bed was sooo comfy. Hotel tea room was excellent, and the in-house restaurant and pub downstairs were not a disappointment as they can be at times. We've never been let down by a Westin and are glad we chose to pay just a little more for so much value.

Excellent hotel - right in the heart of Dublin

Fantastic place. Very helpful and knowledgable staff to make you Dublin visit enjoyable. Right at the end of the Templin Bar area and about a mile walk to the train stations - you can get evrywhere from here with ease.

This hotel was beautiful and in the BEST location

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. To begin with, it's stunning, beautifully decorated, but still comfortable and "homey." The service was fantastic. We were there for my birthday, and a tray wishing me a great day, filled with fruit and chocolate, was there when we arrived. The concierge was extremely helpful, recommending restaurants, making reservations, and helping us find our way. The location of the hotel couldn't be better - across the street (literally) from Trinity College, in the middle of town, and within walking distance to just about everything. I highly, highly, highly recommend this hotel.
