You can’t beat this location! Right in the heart of Dublin city, within walking distance to all the tourist attractions. The staff is friendly, the rooms are super clean, a hairdryer is provided along with a safe, a refrigerator, and even a large fan. The room is a tight fit, but no worse than anything you’d find in New York City. It’s warm, dry, good shower, clean bed. I’ve stayed here twice now and would definitely stay again.

So, be aware that the Temple Bar area of Dublin is busy, crowded, and noisy. Many find that attractive. This hotel is convenient for downtown Dublin attractions, has nice breakfasts, attentive staff, and our room (deluxe double) was a bit dated, but comfortable enough. The entrance is a little strange, as you have to go down a floor to reception, but that's no big deal. So far, so good, but this hotel has one major problem: noise. It's directly opposite the Hard Rock Cafe, and another bar which plays live music at loud levels directly onto the street. The Hard Rock actually has external street speakers. The noise level is extremely intrusive right into the early hours. The hotel provides earplugs, which don't do the job. I travel with a white noise generator, which just about allowed us some sleep. If you have a room at the rear of the hotel, you're shielded from the problem. At the front...boy, are you out of luck. I've stayed in many hotels around the world, and regularly stay in NYC. This hotel room was the noisiest I've ever stayed in, and because of that, I wouldn't stay there again. If you insist on a room at the rear, you may be just fine, but the front? Well, never again for us.

So, it's in Temple Bar, probably the busiest and noisiest part of Dublin, so bear that in mind. It's a nice enough hotel, good breakfast, helpful staff, slightly strange entrance and exit where you go down a floor to reception. The room, (deluxe double) was fine. The big problem? Noise. We were on the fourth floor at the front of the property, which sits opposite the Hard Rock Cafe and another bar featuring very loud live music. The Hard Rock has outside speakers. The other bar opens up its frontage. The music plays into the early hours, and it's very intrusive. I always travel with a white noise machine, so I coped. The hotel provides earplugs, which really aren't enough. If you are situated at the back of the hotel, you're good. Anywhere at the front, and you're out of luck. I've stayed in hotels all over the world, and stay regularly in NYC. The noise issue is definitely the worst I've encountered. It's a shame, but I won't stay here again.

Very clean rooms & friendly staff. Not a lot of space for hanging clothes & no drawer. Does have a great selection for breakfast. Great place situated brilliantly in the heart of everything going on. Easy to walk around all the local bars & shops. Would definitely stay here again & recommend to anyone going to Dublin.

The hotel itself is clean, and the staff were very helpful. The rooms are very small if you have a lot of luggage it could be a challenge. The only negative is it is extremely noisy at night if you like the night life until 0200 then you are in the right place. You know it will be interesting when you go into the room and they have left ear plugs by the beside.

If you want to be in the center of Temple Bar, this place is ideal. Rooms are on the small size, but they’re comfortable and fairly well appointed. There’s a small fridge, for water bottles and snacks. Temple at is a loud area, with tons of live music. Happily, the hotel supplies ear plugs! Breakfast is not included; however, there is a restaurant, with a breakfast buffet and some cooked to order items. There’s also a Tesco Expree grocery store right next door. Very handy!

The hotel was clean & safe. The staff was friendly & helpful. The location was unbeatable! BUT when booking this hotel, you need to be aware that the rooms are tiny. And when I say this, I am saying it as someone who lived in an NYC apartment for 7 years. My bedroom was 13’x6’. This hotel was great for our purposes- two of us were passing through Dublin for a weekend to kick off a road trip of Ireland, but as awesome as every other aspect of this hotel was, more than a couple of days would have been too much in such close quarters.
