We had a great stay for our first trip to Dublin. The staff were welcoming and helpful. We encountered a few hiccups during our stay, but the staff were always quick to rectify the issue. The kitchenette was handy for buying groceries and reheating meals. We were a little surprised that a microwave was not included. Location is close to transit and handy for getting around Dublin without a car. The room was nice a quiet.

My room was mostly clean, clean bedding, clean surfaces but definitely needs a deep clean (lots of dust under furniture and accumulated on curtains, floors hadn’t been washed), and unfortunately only one of the three shared dryers were working during my stay. I was really impressed with Premier Suites. I was visiting the United States Embassy which was only a 10 minute walk away so the location was very good. I came by DART (train) from Landsdowne Road Station which was about a 15 minute walk. The property was spotless and the room was spacious. There are bars and restaurants in Ballsbridge which is only a 5 minute walk.

The room was great and comfortable, though a bit small. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was very nice with a large soaking tub, but getting out requires some care due to the high step, and taller guests may need to bend a bit in the shower. Overall, it was an extremely nice and comfortable stay. We enjoyed the location, as it’s close to a bus stop, eateries, and a few bars. The customer service was excellent!
