Moved to a sister hotel due to overbooking by Gateway. Sister hotel was cheaper by €30. I was told to take it up with my booking agent. VERY poor customer service. I reached out 3 times to reservations in the Gateway.

Lovely bar staff , reception staff

Staff are very friendly, they do put advertisements in the lifts that they do not Honour which I found very naughty The worst was the empty can , chips I found on my room floor after the room was supposed to be ready for my stay . Asked them to sort toilet flush out , that was never repaired

Although tha manager came up to turn on heating as we couldn’t work the system which had air con on he put to heating but room was chilly. But wonderful stay great food and great service helpful and cheerful staff. Would return definitely
