Nice place to stay. Very convenient location for walking to DC sites. Staff was great. Bathrooms in room were a bit of a problem. Lock to bathroom door was broken. If light was turned on in bathroom it shone into entire hotel room. No working fan in bathroom. Pillows were terrible on the beds.

The place was a little hard to find but only took one trip around the block! The staff were all friendly. The room was clean but the water pressure was low. Breakfast was adequate for hotel breakfast. Nothing special. Expensive to park a car but that is what all DC hotels are.

"Overall it’s fair to stay there.
First of all, it’s our first family trip to DC, and we don’t really know the hotel doesn’t offer on site parking until we got there for check in. So we had the valet parking for the staying days and tipped the driver after checked out. Basically it’s $200 extra. Well, we do understand the hotel locates in the city, so it’s kind of fair.
Secondly, the carpets in the room is pretty old and dirty, it has stains that could be seen. So I let my kids have their shoes on most of the time.
The room keeper did the great job, at least the towels were clean.
If the boss can upgrade the carpets and more, I would like to give another chance to stay here when we visit DC again.
