Great location and great hotel!

Pros: Location, Friendly staff, balconies, nice rooms.
Cons: Repaint the hallways on the room floors- they look a bit shabby.
Location: Everything on the National Mall in DC.
The staff are very nice and helpful and gave us an upgrade to a suite when we arrived. While the hallways are a little old, our suite was well-maintained, attractive, and clean. We even had a balcony overlooking the circle. The bed was comfortable. The location is great and convenient- Public transit accessible and not far from the main attractions in DC.

NO SLEEP!

Pros: Close to some nice restaurants, tourist attractions, and if you need one, a hospital
Cons: Move the hotel to a quieter neighborhood.
Nice hotel, but right across from George Washington University Hospital. Sirens all night long from ambulances going to the hospital. Very difficult to get a good night's sleep. Make sure to bring ear plugs. They help a bit. Good luck!

Location, Location, Location

Pros: Location
Cons: mandatory valet service per use instead of a flat rate
Location: Walking distance to most things in DC
The One Washington Circle has a great location and the staff are very helpful. I did not like the mandatory valet service, if you have your own vehicle, charge of $40 till 3:00pm daily! I can even get used to the small TVs but make the valet service optional or charge per use.

Good bargain and close to transportation

Pros: Location, amenties
Cons: Extremely small workout room for travelers who enjoy an exercise room.
I booked online, and was delighted to see that I could take the Metro from Reagan airport to a stop within two blocks of this Hotel on Washington Circle. Great, attentive staff. Good small restaurant and bar in the hotel, and within walking distance of most important sights. Rooms were clean and beds extremely comfortable. I'd definitely stay there again.

Very spacious and comfortable room with kitchen

Pros: Convenient, comfortable, spacious, and good value.
Cons: Wish the pillow top was a bit softer on the bed and the deep pile towels a bit fluffier.
Location: Many restaurants and all the amenities expected by being close to GW University.
I was very happy with my stay in this hotel. My room was very spacious and comfortable. There was a full kitchen with disposal, Fridge, stove, oven, coffee grinder and coffee maker along with utensils and plates. The bathroom oenned off the walk in closet and the common area. The towels and bed could have been a little softer but it was a pillow top and there were heavy pile in the plentiful towels. The sitting area consisted of a sofa sleeper, lounge chair, coffee table and several lamps. At one end was a desk and chair and study lamp. At cocktail hour there was wine and appetizers in the lobby and in the morning juice and fruit. The location is convenient. close to GW Hospital and 10 min from the Washington Convention center by taxi or metro. I would definitely stay there again. Next time maybe for a week!

Great location. Comfortable, clean and friendly.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Well-maintained hotel with very clean rooms. Very comfortable.
Cons: Hotel restaurant had a breakfast buffet that was good, but we got there at the end of the breakfast shift and some items were beginning to get cold.
Location: George Washington University is nearby which gives the area a college-town feel. Being close to the subway is a real plus.
We brought our 14-year-old granddaughter here for her first visit to Washington DC. Great Location - restaurants, markets (Whole Foods and Trader Joe's), and subway stop just a block or 2 away. Kennedy Performing Arts Center within walking distance. With the subway stop so close, almost all of the DC attractions were less than 15 minutes away. After a day of sightseeing, our room was a great place to relax - refrigerator, microwave, flat screen TV, balcony and an outside pool at ground level.

Hotel did not make 4th special

Booked one bedroom suite based on Travelocity suggestion to accommodate 5 people traveling together. Rep from Travelocity stated they would mark booking to state we needed a roll away bed. They did not do as requested which left one person sleeping on the floor for weekend. Not fun!!!! Very disappointed.

Cozy and comfortable!

The staff was wonderful. The king suite was roomy and cozy. We are a family of four and the room was big enough to feel like we weren't walking all over each other. It had a fully equipped kitchen that we stocked with groceries from the nearby Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. Only downfall was the ambulance traffic since we were near the hospital, but after the first night it felt normal. We would definitely stay again!
