Quay Hotel and Spa
"What a wonderful find!!! We travel extensively and it is rare that every factor of a good stay is met- this hotel met them. The staff upon arriving were warm, friendly and efficient and this continued though from breakfast to dinner. The food and ambiance of the restaurant was awesome. We had the set evening menu and the fish was amazing. The breakfast cooked selection was great too from extra vegetarian sides of courgettes and spinach - which I had with my English breakfast. The Spa was great and the pool nice. One downside point it was not clearly stated before booking that hotel guests have restricted access included before 9am and after 5pm. This should be noted before booking. It is not in the centre on Conwy but a good 45 minute walk in- however such a lovely setting in the exclusive marina with great views across the harbour it is worth it. We will definitely stay again"
