Celtic Royal Hotel & Spa
"Rooms don’t have a fridge, even family rooms don’t, which is annoying when you want to chill water or drinks etc. you would think a fridge is standard these days. Also, asked for a carrier bag at reception and was told they don’t have any, which I find hard to believe. Also, cleanliness (or lack ..."

White Lion Royal Hotel
"A poor hotel trying to be good, and it almost does it! The online pictures paints a very different scene to what you see in person. For the price point though, and with similar hotels charging vastly more, it does a job well as long as you keep your expectations low. Check in was easy, though parking ..."

"Nice hotel in good location. Staff very good and looked after my dog while I got my breakfast (buffet). Was given room on ground floor which was helpful for taking my dog in and out. "Nice hotel in good location. Staff very good and looked after my dog while I got my breakfast (buffet). Was given room on ground floor which was helpful for taking my dog in and out. Now, unfortunately, the negatives… signs of lack of dusting in bedroom. Outside of windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. Breakfast pricey in double figures and some things overcooked (sausages for example were tough). However, evening meals have no cause for complaint and staff pleasant and efficient. Despite negative points above, would stay at this hotel again on a future visit to Llandudno"
