Room very large, staff friendly. Hot tub only warm and seemed very dirty on bottom. Beds were very firm. Bummed as I thought breakfast came with the room rate. I think that was misleading on Travelocity website. Hotel property well kept.

We booked a king bed, went to check in around 3pm, told we couldn’t check in until 4pm. We were there to see our granddaughter compete in state gymnastics, she started at 4pm. Went afterwards 6:30, checked in before going to dinner, and was given 2 queen beds. Usually not a problem for most, but we are tall. Was not a happy camper. Then this morning, no hairdryer and I swore they said was included. Will not stay at the Hilton’s again!!!
