Breakfast buffet was a joke. No hot coffee either day. Had minimal hot choices and when they were out there was no replacing it. Morning front desk person didn’t even see us standing there as she was so engrossed in her phone. 2 days in a row.

Stayed there three nights, did not have our room serviced one time. Swimming pool was closed, no indication given when we were booking our stay. We stayed New Year's Eve night and we kept awake until 2:30 in the morning with a group of eight or 10 teenagers running through the hallways and hotel staff did nothing to stop them When we tried to check out all of the computers that were there to print out boarding passes, and other paperwork were not working. We've been better off, sleeping in our car for three days.

I booked 2 rooms they were suppose to be together they told me these were the last 2 rooms ,they weren't even on the same floor. The wasn't a lot of business you could tell by the parking lot. Wasn't any breakfast in the morning
