"I paid to check in early. They said I was given an upgrade the only issue was my room was directly overlooking a major construction project. After hours it was quiet but not the right room for an early check in. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Beautiful facility. Location is not convenient as it is more than 2.5 kilometers from the BSI bus station or from downtown"
