"The property was beautiful and well maintained. We stayed in the two bedroom, one bath building. The rooms were nice but unfortunately the building was on the backside of the resort by the water park and offered no nice views of the pools, beaches, or ocean. The only disappointment with the resort was the the “teen room”, the hours were never followed as posted and when my son was actually able to get in there, he was met with rudeness from the staff members. He told me about it, so I went back with him, only to find out everything that was posted about the space, for the kids to enjoy themselves, was broken or missing. The gaming tables were broken but when the staff member opened the locked cabinet, all items were inside for the kids to enjoy themselves with but the staff members didn’t want the kids to play with them, quite odd in my opinion. The staff just wanted to use the space as a relaxing, air conditioned space so they didn’t have to work outside, IMO."
