"I’m Canadian and come to Costa Rica most years. Because of a flight change I spent the night at the Boyeros. It was 20 years since the last time I was there. Hasn’t changed a bit, although Liberia has. The hotel is very Costa Rican. Staff are lovely. Pools and landscaping all beautiful. First floor parking is great for those with luggage as there is a back door Definitely would choose to go back."

"We loved our night at this hotel. The peacocks and other bird action on the property was so cool, felt like a mini bird sanctuary especially if you walk on the path behind the restaurant. All staff were so friendly and helpful. The bed was extra firm which may not be everyone’s favorite, but we loved it. The breakfast was fabulous and the food for purchase at dinner was delicious. The one and truly only thing for me was the lighting, all bulbs were LED “blue”, but I have light sensitive eyes so this probably doesn’t bother anyone else! We would absolutely stay here again."

"This resort is amazing. You are so close to all the activities you would want to do! We came here for a girls trip and were not disappointed. We went tubing in the river, zip lining in the forest canyon, horse back riding, the national park with boiling mud beds 👀 and saw waterfalls that took our breath away! All of this is on the property that shuttles can take you too if you did not rent a vehicle. Plus restaurants on site and unforgettable service! Would recommend for families, solo travelers, traveling with a group or a couple. Such a once in a lifetime opportunity. Would recommended"
