"Room was spacious comfortable and clean bathroom spotless did have marks on the marble but an apology on a card for that,which was a nice touch,the bed was comfortable it was perfect for the venue a 5 minuite walk good breakfast excellent choice and quality food. A bit worried about the parking as I registered the vehicle with the hotel it cosr 15 pounds which was to me acceptable good value for money especially in London. Very good stay very happy customer "

"Lift was out of order and was placed on 5th floor. I had a lot of luggage to drag up 5 flights. The air con was not working and room was so stuffy. It apparently was controlled from reception. Toilet continuous flowing after flush. Had to pump the button to get it to stop. Pillows are hard but bed was comfy. Reception should have informed me about the lift and offered help. Their response to any negative comments was always. Oh and a shrug... "

"2nd time staying at this hotel due to its location to the Troubadour Theatre (less than a 5 min walk). Car park was full on arrival as it is only small so we parked in a nearby multi storey which was less than a 10 min walk away. We ate at the property and the food was good - Decent price too for Wembley but we found the drinks to be on the expensive side. There is a co-op about a 2 min walk away, I'd recommended going there for any bits you need. Staff were okay - no one went above and beyond, felt a bit robotic as if they were going through the motions and not actually caring about you as a customer. However, due to the location, I would return."

"I have stayed in London many times over the years and would say that, for the money, this was the worst experience I have ever had. The staff was barely civil and the whole hotel felt extremely run-down. The room was in need of painting and several things were not working. I could only find one functional electrical outlet, the TV was not operational (turns out the cable had been unplugged), and the safe's mechanism was pulled away from the door -- the batteries were lying in the safe, and the door could not close as it was misaligned. The heated towel racks weren't working and when I asked about them, I was told they had been disabled throughout the hotel as they were a safety hazard. (A sign indicating that might have been nice.) The drawers to the desk wouldn't close properly and there was a slight odor throughout. When I requested a new room, the staff grudgingly agreed. The new room was marginally better - at least the TV worked. In addition, there is no food available at the hotel, not even vending machines. I was very glad I was only staying the one night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. "
