Breakfast was generous & quickly delivered, only comment would be that it would’ve been nicer if on a hot plate to keep food warm. WARNING BED BUGS WARNING BED BUGS! This is the worst place I’ve ever paid to stay and it was expensive. This hotel is beyond dirty. The beds were stamped from 2008 all of the beds had springs poking through. I asked to be switched to three different rooms. All the beds were the same. The carpets are filthy. And to top it all the last night I was there there was a bedbug, biting me in the bed. I asked them for a refund and they denied it! This place was terrible by any standard. Do not stay here!

We originally booked a double room, but upon arrival, we were given a family room instead, which wasn’t what we paid for. On top of that, the heating didn’t work, making the stay quite uncomfortable, especially at night. The staff were polite but didn’t offer a proper solution. Disappointing experience overall — this could have been easily avoided with better room management and maintenance.

A good hotel for visiting central London. Convenient for public transport and close to Wembley stadium and Designer outlet. Parking was a good price although limited at the hotel. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable I'd recommend this hotel andwoukd stsy again
