Was given a unit that people were home and very surprised to see me entering.
Entering a unit that people are home is very uncomfortable for both parties. But then trying to contact the host and not receiving a timely response and feeling like your option is to check into a hotel is frustrating. Never received apologie, just a short email with another unit number. Very helpless feeling when trying to contact someone to help and in the end the response I received was that I needed to take pictures of the people living in their unit to prove that this actually happened. Will not be using Vrbo again. And wouldn't recommend this host. Very dissatisfied.
