Location! Location! Location! Close to everything with exceptional views. Newly remodeled, unique, modern & designed for entertaining. Close to hiking, mtn biking, rafting, fishing and mins from I-70. 10 mins to Golden & Red Rocks. 25 mins to Downtown Denver. Amenities include a new large hot tub, ping pong, foosball, shuffle board, drum kit, extensive Sonos system, grill, 2 liv rooms, fireplace & a covered deck. Private yet close to everything. Great for families and group gatherings.
The space
This is not your typical Airbnb. Our place is private as it is not located in a "neighborhood". The house sits up on a hill above the highway and has plenty of space to roam. Minutes away from amazing restaurants, shopping, hiking, biking, fishing, Red Rocks & more! The views are some of the best in Evergreen. This house was designed for entertainment, appreciation of the outdoors and all of the amenities you could ever need. Great for large families, special occasions, a weekend away with friends and more. There are (2) bedrooms below w/ full bath & (2) bedrooms on main level w/ 2 baths which allows for privacy and plenty of space to spread out and play ping pong, shuffle board, foosball and hot tub! Main level boasts a beautiful custom kitchen with a huge entertaining island with an incredible deck for BBQ'ing and outdoor seating. Custom built bar with TV and great lounge area. The living / dining room is one of the best features of this home. Floor to ceiling windows, huge dining room table, great place to relax by the fire, listen to music & opens to the outdoor deck. The outdoor areas make you feel like you are deep in the mountains. Huge trees, wildlife any many areas to explore!

North Evergreen is the best location for feeling you are "in the mountains" but still close to everything you need! This is a more "active" area therefore you may hear highway noise & see some local traffic. This house is best suited for intimate occasions as well as gatherings and group events.
