NO SMOKING INSIDE, NO OUTSIDE FIRES, the two small fireplaces (one in the basement with the pool table, and the other in the primary bedroom are inoperable). The main fireplace in the living room with the vaulted ceilings is a wood burning fireplace and you CAN use that one

IMPORTANT: 4WD vehicles are strongly recommended in winter months. Our contract with the snow plowing company states that plows will be deployed only once 6” of snow has accumulated on the roads. We will not be able to send someone until then.

The smaller units (in basement and in primary suite) are not operable. 6) Fire extinguishers are located on the main floor in the kitchen and next to the main fireplace.
