Upon entry into the space, you'll be greeted with a large, open space. You'll find a comfortable sofa, cozy fireplace and big screen tv. Kick up your feet and enjoy the fire with a glass of wine or hot cup of tea after a long day exploring or working. This space has dining for 4 and boasts the open kitchen for easy entertaining or gathering. Head into the kitchen and find a well stocked kitchen. The bedroom offers a luxury queen mattress, comfortable linens for a good nights sleep, as we value comfortable mattresses and linens. The bedroom is also where you'll find the office work space, comfortable enough for remote working needs. The bathroom has a tub and shower combo and there is private laundry in the unit. The sliding door and vaulted ceilings let in plenty of light and fresh air, and gives the space an airy feel. We include a tall, plug in and comfortable queen air mattress if needed for extra guests. Sweet Little Gem!

My husband and I needed a convenient place to stay for a few days as we closed on our house in the Denver metro area. This checked all the boxes for a short-term stay. The property was lovely, stocked with all the comforts you need and in a great location. I appreciated that it was on the top floor of the condominium complex, which ensured for a quiet stay with no chance of having a heavy-footed neighbor to disrupt us. The host was SUPER!! She was very attentive and provided us with clear instructions to ensure we were able to check in and out without a hitch.

Lovely & Exactly as Described

Slight hiccup with check-in, but Susan was available and remedied the situation as quickly as possible. Condo was exactly as pictured. Very comfortable and clean! Nice perk to have a washer dryer available to take clothes home clean. Convenient location.
