This place was filthy and disgusting. The staff was rude and not helpful when I couldn’t get into my room bc the key card reader was broken. Then it turned out to not even be the type of room I requested. Maintenance took over 2 hrs to even show up to try to fix the reader and he was very agitated like I was inconveniencing him. Just overall terrible experience. I should have read the other reviews.

They were horrible, obvious management issues. Poor COVID cleaning practices, told us we could use the shuttle then said no, had no restaurant or bar hours. Staff had no interest in helping.

Got confirmation about my booking but no room available when arrived. Got a room with no functional TV. Reported 3 times waited 2 days but at last changed room.
