Got confirmation about my booking but no room available when arrived. Got a room with no functional TV. Reported 3 times waited 2 days but at last changed room.

Short on Towels every day. Coffee products were not replaced nor the cups. Hot water was questionable, must have been coming up from the basement. Room was hot, turned on the fan, super noisy, had to open window.

Arrived on a cold snowy day with my grandkids just wanting to rest from an 8-hr drive and had to get a room reassigned 3X before we got a clean room. The 1st and 2nd rooms were still being used, the 2nd with clothing and underwear all over the floor and the 3rd had to change out the sheets and comforters because of visible hairs. Will not stay here again.

Power generator blew out, no TV till later, elevators were downfor quite awhile , no food with restaurant closed, no hot water and room never warmed up.

Handicapped room had no walk in shower or grab bar ( usable). The one and only grab bar was located behind the toilet. Hard to believe that the room could be ADA compliant. Room clean, bed comfortable, and staff friendly and helpful. The shuttle drivers went above and beyond to assure our comfort and safety.

This property is really run down. It needs a major renovation. On a positive note the staff were wonderful and the room was relatively clean.
