Guests will have access to the entire home - 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, washer and dryer, standing desk with monitor, fenced-in backyard, and a driveway that fits up to 1 car.



Other Things to Note:

• Guests will not have garage access during their stay.

• The fireplace does not function and is not for guest use.

• Bedroom overhead lights and fans are operated by individual remote controls on the wall next to the light switch (please always keep the light switch on). If a remote is lost, you will be charged $250 per remote for replacement.

• Please read ALL House Rules thoroughly: No pets, no parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your courtesy.
