It was first time we stayed in city of Madison. We were impressed with the hotel and its location. Friendly staff, clean, quiet , great view of city and capital from room. Able to leave car parked in garage and walk to our destinations. Will plan on staying again on one of our next visits to Madison

Our stay in Madison was amazing. We can't wait to go back and will stay here again. Highly recommend upgrading to the Governor’s Club for a separate elevator & access to the lounge with a gorgeous view of the Capital, continental breakfast, heavy appetizers, top shelf cocktails (try the lemon drop martini), and desserts; well worth it. The location is perfect walking distance & next to several BCycle bike stations. We took the shuttle to the Morgan Wallen concert at Camp Randall but otherwise we walked & biked everywhere. Our stay was exceptional.

There were some hiccups with max capacity for the Morgan Wallen show, but the staff was accommodating, the hotel was clean and beautiful, and I’d definitely return again.

Here for a concert. Everything was great, used shuttle service both ways. However, coming back was not organized at all and people kept cutting in lines and the shuttles would pick up in different areas. I think that should be better.
