There was dog food on the floor soon as we walked in the front door, the room was barely vacuum if it all and they were dirty towels in the bathroom. The toilet bowl had "brown" splatter on the inside. There were no bed sets for the fold-out couch and the front desk mentioned they do not have any fitted sheets for them. We didn't stick around for the buffet breakfast based on a complete lack of trust in cleanliness based on experience with the room.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with this stay. This was a last-minute booking, as I was traveling and got tired while driving. I passed on a couple of different hotels that were just a bit cheaper, even though one was a Hilton brand hotel, as I thought this would be a better option for room size as I had my disabled mother and grandchild with me and the rooms have a couch. The first room I was assigned was dirty. It had obviously not been cleaned, with dirty towels on the floor and food left on the counters - among other things. The check-in employee was helpful and courteous. He apologized and immediately changed my room assignment. The second room was at least clean, but there were still issues. The shower curtain had a few stains, one of the bedside outlets didn't work, the soap holder in the shower was broken, and the carpets felt sticky. Everything else went well. The breakfast was acceptable; the daytime staff were polite and helpful.

Checked in late around 830p. First thing i did was take a shower where i stayed to smell mildew. I searched the walls, turned to the back wall and realized there was an old washcloth was. Walked out of the bathroom towards the couch and realized there was popcorn crumbs all over the floor. So i decided to check the bedsheets thinking the room hasn't been cleaned. They appeared to be clean, so we went to sleep. Woke up and my husband went to wash his face but we realized there wasn't another washcloth because the other one was already used by the prior person I'm assuming. The one having in the shower. I've stayed here probably 6 or 7 times and I've never experienced this before, but I'm questioning will we return again. Very disappointing.

Front Desk staff was phenomenal. It was an extremely busy weekend for the hotel. However the staff was accommodating and professional. Hotel is always clean and well maintained.

Sooooo.....you could distinctly hear the neighbor coughing up a lung next door. People talking, walking and laughing in the hallways-terrible acoustics. 2 queen beds which smelled terribly of hair tonic. Disgusting. Next morning Went to breakfast with the dog Ipaid a hefty fee for, and was told she was not allowed by the food. She does not shed and is 13lbs. I asked how then could I eat to which i was told, "I dont know". I instead had to go to McDonald's and "pay" again for food. I would NOT recommend this hotel.
