Really disappointed, myself and two colleagues were booked in for the night, only to find the hotel has gone into administration on arrival. With no notification of the hotel closing down. I feel sorry for everyone yesterday who was left stranded with no hotel.

Staff were extremely helpful, room was clean and spacious. My only criticism would be that I wasn’t told that if I had pre-booked breakfast it would have been cheaper. I think £18.49 is a bit steep for breakfast

The room was great, the swimming/spa and gym facility was great. The evening food provided at the integral tavern was adequate. I personally would use hotel again but eat elsewhere. I had breakfast at a great cafe at the back of the hotel - wharf side.

Very good hotel,we had an issue with the heating in the room but informed reception who offered to move us to another room or put a heater in our room,we took up the latter and had a nice meal in the restaurant and when we went back to the room the heater was already there,so 1st class service.
