First Room we had was clean and tidy, but the aircon was not working. Raised it with the staff and they gave us a fan straight away and arranged for us to change rooms for the rest of the stay. Second room was perfect, was clean and tidy as well and had everything you would expect, breakfast was good as well. Staff that really make it, aways friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome for the length of our stay.

Unacceptable price charged for a double room which resembled at best a single prison cell. Could hardly move in the room. Corridors stank of cigarettes and weed. Avoid unless you are desperate.
