We reserved 3 rooms for different length of stays.
People running up and down stairs all night being loud and running across the room slamming doors -you could hear arguments and music all night and dogs bark sounds like ppl live in the motel.
One room had roaches and the 3rd room our daughter didn’t feel safe so we wasted $93 on her room since she ended up with us.
When we checked in and out had to wait on someone to come to the desk - wait time was at least 5 mins or so.
We were there due to a family member having heart surgery across the street. Since her surgery was postponed we ended up leaving and coming back 3 days later from out of state - we choose to stay at another hotel and felt way better about that choice.
We are still waiting in 2 refunds for 2 rooms due to leaving early since the surgery was postponed. Per the receipt shows refunded but still waiting 6 days later and no refund yet.
