The front desk guy at night was very sweet. The ladies in the morning, not so much. They weren't rude, but they weren't nice either. The breakfast is what you would expect for the price you paid. Make your own waffles, fake eggs, toast, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice. The rooms are in desperate need of repair. I know they are in the middle of construction, but our bathroom ceiling had mold on it, ceiling was starting to crack and droop, there was an old ac vent in the bathroom that was falling off and was extremely dirty inside. The pool area was nice. The hot tub floor is an unfortunate color that makes it look dirty, but it was clean water. No elevator, but there is only 2 floors, there are enough doors that it would get you close enough to your room so that you don't have to walk far.

My problem is they charged my credit card a extra $50 and $53.24 They said it would be credited to my account in 10 days but I have never had this happen before. Theres no reason why they did this. I hope they get it returned to my card.

Very good location for Allen. Right off highway and 8 mins away from the Texas credit union venue. My only complaint is that there is no elevator which is okay, but we just didn’t know beforehand and had so many bags. When we checked in the water was also not working throughout the hotel, but they did fix it within 20-30 mins or so, really fast. We were in rush for a concert so it was a little stressful. The pool was very busy and we wanted to take pictures but it was filled with people there the entire stay sadly. These are my only complaints! Everything else was amazing. We loved our room and the TV had amazing channels and great quality. The beds were super spacious and comfortable. The a/c worked so well, + the mirror was well lit. Another great thing was that there for two mirrors which was AWESOME because there was us two girls. The hotel was very worth the stay and it was such a good price. The deposit was only $50, and I know other places have a hold for $100 sometimes. Breakfast was also great which I look forward to at hotels.
