Property needs some updating, when maid service comes after two days, they take all the towels, when you go to take a shower they leave you with hand towels and 1 bathing towel for 2 people. I called front desk and they said they would let housekeeping know beefore they left. 1 hour later and still no towels, had to go to front desk and they had to pull them out of dryer and give them to me as the front desk said they were washing all the towels, you would think a hotel would have more than 1 set for the whole property. When we went to dinner later there were more guests going to front desk to get towels and sheets, it is crazy they do not have more than 1 set for each room.

Overall, everything was outstanding. The room was clean and service was great. We did have to pay ten bucks to park, but would have paid twenty at the ballpark, which was in walking distance. The hotel also offered a free shuttle ride. Normal hotel noise, but nothing disturbing. The room was comfortable, with separate sleeping, sitting, and kitchenette. We had a good free breakfast. We did have to fix the toilet's flush chain a couple of times, but that was mot a major problem. We had a good stay.

Friendly

The staff was excellent. There was a main water break and the staff acted fast and brought us water right away. They kept in touch with the city to let the us customer know when it will be back on. Now the rooms were not the cleanliness. Nothing a vacuum would not fix. Overall we would go back and visit.

In town for a football game

Pros: Proximity to AT&T Stadium, Six Flags and Rangers stadium.
Cons: We were not aware we registered for a smoking room. Also, housekeeping skipped us the first day and the copier in the business office was broken.
We spent 2 nights at this hotel to catch a Dallas Cowboys game. The hotel was within walking distance to the stadium (1.5 miles). Housekeeping needs better management - we were totally skipped our first day there. But the staff was very apologetic.

Baseball weekend getaway

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. A healthy adult could walk from this hotel to Globe Life Patk or Six flags. We were trying to get as close as possible within our budget as well so we could walk some or all of the way. It's worked out very well. They do have a trolley also. Room was bigger than expected AC worked great! Would absolutely stay again.

Uncomfortable

The best past of our stay was the courtesy of the front desk staff. The hotel has not aged well. The linens were old, ill-fitting, and not changed during our two-day stay. The sofa was not comfortable for sitting, broken down. The suite did not have enough room to be comfortable for more than two people. This hotel did not make a good impression for our first stay at a Homewood Suites.
