"Lovely log cabin near a field and stream. We had to cut our trip short because of weather but really enjoyed the 2 nights sitting out by the creek with a fire. House was clean. "This rental, which is located in a nice quiet area, was very clean which made our stay (my husband and myself) even better. It is easy to get to and conveniently located to Blowing Rock, Boone, West Jefferson, Wilkesboro and other towns in the area that we didn't visit. Entry to the Blue Ridge Parkway is very close to the rental which is another plus. We needed some information when we arrived and called our host. She answered the phone and immediately solved our problem. We have agreed that if we're ever up that way again, we will book this rental if it is available."
