This room was filthy hair all over the bed shower and bathroom. Looked like someone spilled stuff all over the walls also and the footstool looked like it had blood all over it. It was very clear that the floors and carpet were not swept or vacuumed

The property was clean, safe with goodbrestaurants and shopping near. It was also close to the venue with tranportation on the property every 15 minutes. My friendbraved about hiw good the coffee is and the breakfast was fresh every morning.

The hotel itself was very bright, clean and the breakfast food was great. It seems to be in a sketchy part of town, but my daughter and I walked everywhere and had no issues. It probably looks worse than it is.

Staff are top notch. Always eager to assist guest. They are quick to address any concerns. Breakfast options are good and often replenished. The room is good size. Having a large desk and comfortable chair was a plus for me, to use to conduct business. The bed was comfortable as hotel beds go. Loved the fact that there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The bathroom was clean and a good size and offered hygiene products if you forgot them. I did have issue with the tub filling up with water while showering. I called the front desk and maintenance came in a timely fashion and cleared the drain. No further issues with the drainage. The only other issue I had was with small gnat like bugs coming into the room via the ac. Now, this is not the hotels fault it is an issue for the area. Again, the staff addressed the issue as soon as I mad them aware. I saw reviews about complaints of it being liquor stores next to the property There are two in close proximity, however that is no fault to the property and there were no issues in relations to their presence. I rented a vehicle and it did not get damaged or broken into. There's plenty of parking no matter what time I arrived back to the hotel. The staff also informed me of the multiple means of transportation so that I didn’t have to be stuck in traffic or worrying about paying absorbent parking fees. There is also a washer and dryer at the property. I give this hotel a 4.7/5. I really enjoyed myself and loved the staff.
