There were roaches in the room. Dirty walls. Only 2 big towels and 2 small ones. Bed sheets had holes in them. Rooms smell of cigarettes. Cleaning ladies smoke outside open doors and have personal pets in room.

The property was really dirty and rooms were not clean. They send someone to clean. Sheet were dirty also. Breakfast was supposed to be provided, only coffee and muffins were. Really disappointed with hotel. I had stayed there before and was a lot better.

Room had human feces on the toilet lid. The AC was broken. Not enough towels were issued, and when we went to get more we were told to go to the laundry rooms ourselves. Ended up sleeping in the car after trying to cancel or change rooms and finding no one in lobby. Demanded a refund the next day. Was told i had to go through expedia group. Did that and was still denied a refund.

I truly apologize for the inconveniences you faced during your stay. Last year we recently came under new ownership and are undergoing many new renovations. We are replacing bathtubs, toilets, fixing the exterior property, and expanding our breakfast. We have also hired new housekeeping staff that wants to work and properly clean rooms.

Soooo there were water bugs/roaches in our room. We ordered in and as soon as we put food down on the desk, two came out to explore. On all floors, water was dripping from the ceilings right on the stairs and sludge and people’s cigarette butts were accumulating in the puddles. The service was GREAT. The room (other than the roaches) was clean. But once I see roaches in the room, it’s hard for me to relax.
