This lovely newish Hotel has a few issues! The wash basin didn’t drain & had mould in the corners where filled with silicone and the dock lock didn’t work properly. However the staff were amazing! Please sort these small build issues and it will be a really good stopover!!

"Staff overall were lovely and extremely helpful. Wanted to ensure stay was comfortable even when having to report issues.
The place does feel neglected in parts. Lots of cobwebs and tables on terrace not cleaned. That was a pity as it is a lovely area to sit and relax in the evening.
Had issue with the room and the cleaning. Bath was dirty and as soon was water was turned on, the dirt was visibly washing down. Staff however handled it well to their credit but they should not have been in that position to start.
Was moved to different room and the difference was vast…..clean, well maintained, no carpet stains etc."
